Booking terms:
The apartment is available from 4 pm of the day of arrival until 10 am the day of departure| If you need to check-in or check-out outside the regular hours, please let us know| Late check-out is possible, subject to availability and with the payment of an extra fee of 20€ (extended to 3 pm)| The price includes accommodation per night, consumption of water and electricity| The price does not include cleaning midweek, dishwashing, personal laundry, cleaning products and other items.| Check-in and check-out cleaning services included. Additional cleaning services only available upon request and subject to additional costs. |Non-smoking accommodation| Pets are allowed under confirmation.| The undersigned acknowledged and accepts responsibility for any damage caused to the equipment housing.
Cancellation Policy
Changes may occur (subject to availability), cancellations are not permitted; the total amount will be charged at time of booking and is not subject to refund.
